Deputy Chairman of Federation Council highly praised development in Bashkiria

Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia Nikolai Zhuravlev, in his speech at the first coordination meeting of the ministers of economic development of the country's regions in Ufa, noted the high level of organization of the event and the generally stable development of Bashkortostan in many areas.

“The republic is implementing large-scale investment projects and social initiatives. This is an excellent example for other constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Ufa also hosted the X Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus this year. I want to thank you for the quality of its implementation. Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko highly appreciated the organization of the forum and the work of the region’s management team,” said Nikolai Zhuravlev.

Nikolay Zhuravlev also spoke about the parameters of the forecast for the country’s socio-economic development and the features of budget policy in modern conditions of global challenges.
