The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, named the reference points of the region's industry.
According to the head of the republic, everything related to labor resources is now coming to the fore.
At the same time, many industrial regions are beginning to bring rotation workers to factories today. There is no shortage of personnel in Bashkiria yet, “although people are already coming to us from several regions,” stated Radiy Khabirov.
As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, a federal comprehensive modernization project will be implemented in Bashkiria in 2024, within which all 68 employment centers of the republic will be updated. The costs of complete modernization will amount to almost 760 million rubles, of which 426 million will be allocated from the federal budget. This is the most significant amount among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation participating in the project.
Updating the network of employment centers will help establish closer relationships with employers in terms of solving the problem of staff shortages.
Meanwhile, today, employment centers support unemployed citizens, Radiy Khabirov emphasized.
