Investors from China were shown sites for their projects

Chinese investors intend to localize the production of fiber cement boards and power supply equipment in Bashkortostan. As the press service of the government of the Republic reported, the main issue is the location of production at the moment. One of the options proposed for the localization of enterprises was the Alga SEZ, where investors will be able to receive a wide range of tax, rental, and customs benefits and will also be provided with the necessary engineering infrastructure.

A visual presentation of one of the infrastructure sites took place during the visit of Chinese entrepreneurs to the territory of the Ufimsky Industrial Park, which is included in the Alga SEZ and now has the status of its fifth site. Investors were introduced to the current residents and the products they produce. In particular, colleagues visited the Amkodor-Agidel enterprise's production complex to make equipment for post-harvest grain processing.

Let us recall that the first meeting with Chinese business took place as part of a business visit of the Bashkortostan delegation to the PRC under the leadership of the Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov, where common points of interaction were outlined, and prospects for further cooperation were identified. Negotiations continued at the XVI International Business Week in Ufa. During the meeting, held with the assistance of the representative of Bashkortostan at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the PRC, Flyur Asadullin, Chinese business people became interested in the opportunities the republic offers foreign investors. The next stage was getting to know the preferential zones.
