Digital automation and control system in housing and communal services sector is being created in Bashkiria

Bashkiria plans to create an automated housing and communal services system. The draft resolution has been posted for public discussion.

Currently, the information system “Svod” has been created and used in the republic; the developed project should normatively consolidate the automation of the processes of collecting, processing, and using information about the housing stock, the cost of services for managing common property in apartment buildings, work on the maintenance and repair of common property in apartment buildings houses, the provision of utilities, the amount of payment and debt for residential premises and utilities, as well as other information.

It is noted that information providers have been entering information into the “Svod” since 2010; the system has been constantly refined to meet the needs of the industry, but there is still no regulatory legal act on it.

The draft resolution states that the regional system is being created to improve the efficiency and quality of management in the housing and communal services sector. It is intended for the generation of reporting and statistical information, storage, and analysis of data on the characteristics and condition of the housing stock. The system will allow you to manage capital repair programs and monitor work implementation, keep records of operational information on the recognition of residential buildings as unsafe, and store and analyze information on utility tariffs.

The data operators will be the regional state committee for housing and construction supervision, the republican housing and communal services ministries, and digital development.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that new important updates have appeared in the GIS housing and communal services system.
