More than 3,000 participants registered for Business Week 2023 in Ufa

In the capital of Bashkortostan, the country’s annual economic event—International Business Week 2023 (IBW-2023)—starts on November 22. Registration of participants, speakers, and media representatives continues on the forum website. To date, more than 3,000 people have already submitted applications.

According to the organizing committee, the current forum is the sixteenth in a row. It has become a platform for dialogue between government and business, recognized by experts, where current issues are discussed and development directions are formed. The central theme this year is transforming the economy towards the future. The professional community is invited to make a forecast for the day after tomorrow.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic Rustam Muratov, noted that each forum day is divided into thematic blocks. Conceptually, the sessions will help experts look further than just into tomorrow.

The government of the Republic organizes Business Week. Traditionally, the IBW’s partner is the regional economic center of the Central Social Development Fund.

Let us remind you that in 2022, more than 3,000 people took part in the forum, including heads of federal and regional executive authorities, representatives of the business community, official and business delegations from China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Turkey, Iran, and other countries. On the International Business Week, 54 agreements were concluded.

This year, it is planned that IBW-2023 will unite more than 4 thousand people. On the sidelines of the forum, more than 50 business events will be held, at which more than 400 speakers at the federal and international levels will speak. Also, as part of the XVI International Business Week program conference meeting, it was decided to extend the forum until December 1. Thus, IBW-2023 will be held from November 22 to December 1 at the Toratau Congress Hall in Ufa.

As Bashinform News Agency informed, at Business Week, they will discuss the reference points for the development of Russian business, the development of transport and logistics, cooperation with friendly countries, and the new life of forgotten airfields.
