Bashkiria’s entrepreneurs are invited to “Crafts Week”

From December 1 to 3, Ufa will host the “Crafts Week” 2023 to develop creative industries. The press service of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of Bashkiria reported this.

“Crafts Week” is part of the national “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives” project to promote entrepreneurship among traditional artisans, support existing manufacturers, and commercialize the industry.

“We actively support entrepreneurs operating in the field of folk arts and crafts since Bashkiria is a region where traditions dating back centuries are carefully preserved and developed,” said Rustem Afzalov, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic. “Crafts Week, which has become an annual platform, will allow craftsmen to present the best examples of unique products at their stands on the eve of the New Year, gain new skills in promoting and selling goods, and share their experience with colleagues.”

Traditionally, “Crafts Week” will unite a business program, a forum of creative industries, an exhibition fair “Volga region” for small and medium-sized businesses in the field of folk arts and crafts, the republican competition “Best Craftsman - 2023”, as well as craft and creative master classes.
