More than 400 speakers will come to Ufa for International Business Week

Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov took part in the XVI International Business Week program conference, which will be held in Ufa from November 22 to 25.

The forum received international status in 2006 and, over the years, has become an authoritative and practical platform for dialogue between business and government. According to Andrey Nazarov, the popularity of Business Week in the business environment and its international demand are growing yearly.

“Last year, we hosted about 3 thousand people at the forum - representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions, businesses, business associations, and 24 countries. In three days, 54 agreements were signed, including 30 investment agreements. The contact capitalization of last year’s International Business Week amounted to about 93 billion rubles,” said the Prime Minister.

Andrey Nazarov said delegations from 15 countries are expected to participate, including China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Turkey, and Iran. The annual economic event will bring together more than 4 thousand people. On the sidelines of the forum, more than 50 business events will be held, at which more than 400 speakers at the federal and international levels will speak.

On the eve of the International Business Week in Ufa, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced. She noted that the forum, organized by the government of Bashkiria, has established itself as a professional platform for dialogue between the state and business, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
