"RMC.Business": new feedback format with entrepreneurs is being developed in Bashkiria

The government of Bashkortostan discussed further developing the regional investment standard and launching a unified feedback mechanism with businesses based on the Republic Management Center (RMC).

As the Prime Minister of Bashkortostan, Andrey Nazarov reported, at a meeting of the investment headquarters under the leadership of the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government, Andrey Belousov, the results of the implementation of the standard were summed up, and promising directions for its development for 2024 were outlined.

“Bashkiria is leading in implementing all five elements of the Regional Investment Standard. Our investor relations practices are recognized as the best. The effectiveness of further work will be assessed according to three criteria. Among them are business feedback, position in the national ranking of the investment climate, and the volume of private investment. Therefore, the activity of this work needs to be increased,” Andrey Nazarov emphasized.

According to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic, Rustam Muratov, the mechanism of feedback from business is considered by the federal center as the sixth mandatory element of the Regional Investment Standard. Therefore, in Bashkiria, an analysis and additional adjustment of all feedback channels operating in the region was carried out. It is planned to unite them based on the Center for Governance of the Republic under the auspices of the new direction “RMC.Business”.

In particular, it is planned to combine several hotlines for business, update the services of the Investment Portal, fine-tune the mechanisms for digitalizing the processes of document preparation and obtaining information, and launch an explanatory campaign about the project's possibilities.

Head of the Social Communications Office, Elena Prochakovskaya, commenting on the information campaign “RMC.Business”, noted that the concept of the project involves the use of all channels for disseminating information, including the creation of a separate program on television, systematic work in social networks, and holding training seminars in this area for business sheriffs and entrepreneurs themselves.
