Indices of changes in fees for housing and communal services for 2024–2028 have been approved for each region. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the order on this. The document was published on the official legal information portal.
“To approve the attached indices of changes in the amount of fees paid by citizens for utility services on average for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the maximum permissible deviations for individual municipalities from the value of the indicated indices for 2024–2028,” the order says.
Local authorities should be guided by the values of the indices when setting tariffs for housing and communal services. Thus, the maximum amount of rent increases depends on them.
For Bashkiria, the index for increasing utility bills in the second half 2024 is 10.9%. The maximum deviation from this value towards a decrease or increase in 2024 may be 4.9%, and in 2025-2018 - 2.1%.
For comparison, in the second half of 2024 in Moscow, the index of changes in housing and communal services fees was set at 11%, in St. Petersburg - 9.8%, in the Omsk region - 14%, and in the Republic of Khakassia - 4%.
Maximum deviations from the index value are also approved separately for each region and can range from zero to 10.8%.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that in Bashkiria, standard deadlines for eliminating faults in the housing and communal services system at the request of residents were named.
