Government will allocate additional 95 billion rubles to support preferential mortgage programs
This year, the government will allocate another 95 billion rubles to support preferential mortgage programs, the press service of the federal cabinet reported.
About 46 billion rubles are allocated to the family mortgage program, 41 billion to preferential rates and almost 8 billion to Far Eastern mortgages.
By the end of 2023, it is planned to provide about 700 thousand loans within the framework of these programs.
Over 2 million loans worth more than 8.5 trillion rubles were issued during the preferential lending programs.
