Housing prices in Bashkiria become known
According to selective observation of actual transaction prices, in the third quarter of 2023, the average cost of one square meter of housing on the secondary market in Bashkiria tentatively amounted to 93 thousand rubles. This is 2.2 percent more than in the second quarter of this year and 5.9 percent more than at the end of 2022. Bashkir Statistical Agency provides this data.
Prices on the primary housing market are traditionally higher. According to preliminary data, one square meter of new housing costs an average of 116.9 thousand rubles in the republic. That's up 4.2 percent and 2.2 percent, respectively, from the second quarter of 2023 and the end of last year.
