Budget revenues in Bashkiria increased by 3.4%

The financial system of Bashkiria remains stable despite the sanctions, said Prime Minister of the Republic Andrey Nazarov, speaking at a government meeting.

At the end of nine months of 2023, budget revenues amounted to 209 billion rubles. This is 3.4% more than in January–September last year.

“The growth compared to last year's period amounted to almost 7 billion rubles. We incurred the same amount of expenses - 209 billion rubles. The priority remains the implementation of priority social obligations, planned activities of regional projects, ensuring maximum efficiency in spending budget funds,” noted Andrey Nazarov.

According to Deputy Minister of Finance of Bashkortostan Natalya Kalugina, for the nine months of 2023, tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 146.8 billion rubles, with an increase of 8 billion rubles compared to the same period in 2022. There is an increase in personal income tax by 15.8%, corporate income tax by 2%, excise taxes by 3.7%, and income from using state-owned property by 5.5%. Gratuitous receipts amounted to 62 billion rubles.

At the government meeting, the main characteristics of the draft republican budget for the next three years were also announced. The total volume of budget revenues of the republic will be 289 billion rubles in 2024, 285.8 billion rubles in 2025, and 288.2 billion rubles in 2026. Expenses in 2024 are planned at 299 billion rubles. For 2025 and 2026, respectively, 285.8 billion rubles and 288.2 billion rubles.

The regional budget deficit in 2024 is set at 10 billion rubles. Deficit-free budget characteristics are planned for 2025 and 2026.
