Investment projects for paving slabs production and growing vegetables are being implemented in Bashkiria

Yesterday, in the government of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov held a meeting in the “Investment Hour” format to consider two important projects in the field of industry and agriculture.

Thus, the director of the Kubometer company, Ruslan Ishmuratov, presented a plant project to manufacture vibro-compressed concrete products: paving slabs, curbs and other products for the road construction industry.

With the support of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, the investor selected a land plot and began design and survey work. The plant construction will cost 300 million rubles. Once production starts, it will employ about 50 people.

The project was given priority status, which will allow it to receive tax benefits. The Oktyabrsky city administration will also assist in registering the land plot. The republic’s Industrial Development Fund will provide a loan for the construction of the enterprise.

The General Director of the Ovoshchevod peasant farm, Marat Gaifullin, spoke about plans to modernize the greenhouse complex in the Tuymazinsky district.

The agricultural enterprise has been operating since 1999 and specializes in growing greenhouse vegetables on 55 hectares. In 2019, 4 hectares of greenhouses were renovated with new frame structures, covering material and a drip irrigation system.

As part of the new investment project, in 2023–2024, they plan to modernize greenhouses on an area of 20 hectares and build additional complexes with an area of 4 hectares. The volume of investments will be 277.4 million rubles. As a result, the annual volume of vegetables grown should increase from 4.5 to 5.5 thousand tons.

As a result of the discussion, the investment committee of the republic assigned the project priority status and approved the reimbursement of part of the costs for the agricultural equipment purchase.
