

The Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria summed up the milk production results for nine months this year. Since the beginning of the year, agricultural enterprises and farmers have produced 600.9 thousand tons of milk. Most of the volume (75.7%) was obtained from farm enterprises - 454.7 thousand tons of milk. The press service of the department reports this.
Based on the results of nine months, individual farms in the Sterlitamaksky, Chekmagushevsky, Ermekeevsky, Meleuzovsky, and Dyurtyulinsky districts became leaders in the dairy rating, where the average milk yield per cow per day exceeds 30 kg. Among the municipalities, the leading positions in the ranking of milk production in agricultural organizations for January-September 2023 were occupied by Chekmagushevsky, Aurgazinsky, Ilishevsky, Dyurtyulinsky, and Sterlitamaksky districts.
Previously, Bashinform News Agency reported a 14% increase in the productivity of breeding cows in the republic.
