New hotel may appear in Ufa next to Lemonarium
“Property Management of the Treasury of the Republic of Bashkortostan” put up the right to lease a land plot next to the Ufa Lemonarium for auction. The area of the plot is 730 square meters. According to the documentation, the permitted use of this land is for hotel services. The cadastral value is determined at 5.9 million rubles. The lease period will be valid for two and a half years. The site belongs to the zone of multi-apartment residential development. The initial annual rent is set at 1.2 million rubles.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that in Bashkiria, investors received land to construct a recreation center and roadside services.
