How many apartments were built in Bashkiria
Using all sources of financing, in the first nine months of 2023, 29.1 thousand apartments with a total area of more than 2.375 million square meters were put into operation. This is 8.8 percent more than in January–September last year, the republic’s statisticians reported.
“In the structure of housing construction, the share of housing built by the population at their own expense and with the help of loans amounted to 70.0 percent. They built 14,223 of their own houses with a total residential area of about 1.663 million square meters,” noted Bashkir Statistical Agency.
Among the regions of Russia, according to the results for January - September 2023, Bashkiria ranks eighth in housing commissioning and among the regions of the Volga Federal District - second.
As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, in Bashkiria, by the order of the Republican Ministry of Construction, the average market value of 1 square meter of total residential area in Bashkiria for the fourth quarter of 2023 was approved. It is 101,590 rubles.
