Bashkiria begins to prepare for Ufa Engine-building Production Association's 100th anniversary

Bashkiria is actively preparing for the 100th anniversary of the Ufa Engine-building Production Association. The anniversary will be celebrated in 2025. This and other issues were discussed today at a meeting with the industrial director of the aviation cluster of the Rostec State Corporation, Anatoly Serdyukov. The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, announced this on his social media.

“One of the main issues facing our industry is personnel. To move at a good pace and continue to develop, we need qualified specialists,” noted the Head of the Republic.

Radiy Khabirov recalled that the industrial production index in Bashkortostan has grown by 13.6% over the past five years. In August 2023, it increased by 8.7% compared to August 2022. For the third year, the Republic remains in the top three regions in the industrial policy efficiency rating.

“This is an indicator of the high level of our industrial partners. And enterprises that are part of the Rostec State Corporation play a big role here. First, this concerns our flagship - Ufa Engine-building Production Association,” the Head of Bashkiria wrote.
