New world construction announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday at a meeting of the Valdai discussion club that today's country faces the task of building a new world.
As the Head of State noted, serious changes have occurred in the world over 20 years, and time seems to compress when the world order changes.
According to the Russian leader, global problems of humanity require collective solutions, and selfishness and conceit will lead to a dead end.
At the same time, Putin emphasized that Western countries' arrogance has gone off-scale recently.
Russia can make a huge contribution to the new world order, but the Russian leader also pointed out that some have misunderstood its readiness as submission.
