Head of Bashkiria presented special city in Ufa to Russian Deputy Minister of Construction

Today in Ufa, before the on-site meeting of the Association of Developers of Bashkortostan, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, and the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia, Nikita Stasishin, inspected the residential complex “City of Nature”. DARS Development is developing the territory with a total area of 266 hectares.

The company's director, Vladislav Kulikov, said that by 2031, about a million square meters of residential real estate will be commissioned here. The residential complex is being built according to the concept of a “15-minute city”, where in the foreground is the pedestrian accessibility of the infrastructure within the project for the integrated development of the territory.

The Head of the Republic emphasized that the territory where the “City of Nature” is located is a priority for the city's further development. Thanks to the support of regional and federal authorities and the implementation of the Stimulus program, energy facilities have been built on the territory, and work is underway to install water supply and sewerage. The head of the republic especially noted that the master plan provides for constructing large social facilities: 3 schools for 4,500 places, 3 kindergartens for 1,600 places, and a clinic.

According to Vladislav Kulikov, the developer has committed to designing a bridge connection across the Dema and Belaya rivers. Design work will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024, after which bridge construction will begin.

The “City of Nature” will also develop an embankment on the banks of the oxbow lake of the Belaya River; a decision has also been made to preserve the trees growing here and organize an eco-park right on the territory of the residential complex.
