Bashkiria enterprises are invited to participate in “Made in Russia” International Export Forum

Bashkortostan enterprises can participate in the “Made in Russia” International Export Forum, to be held on October 19-20 in Moscow. Registration is open until October 10 inclusive via the link.

The large-scale event will be attended by representatives of small, medium and large businesses, foreign delegations, expert communities, business associations and development institutions. The winners of the all-Russian competition “Exporter of the Year” will also be awarded at the event.

“Three Bashkortostan companies won the selection for representing our republic at the federal level. More than 1,250 exporters were registered in Bashkortostan at the end of last year, which is 28% more than in 2021. As part of supporting the export of domestic goods, we are developing the “Made in Bashkortostan” project, the goal of which is to help producers of non-resource products of the republic enter international markets under a single umbrella brand, create a positive image of the region, and increase recognition of regional products throughout the world. Today, more than 200 companies from Bashkortostan participate in the program,” Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities RB commented.

The Russian Export Center organized the forum within the national project “International Cooperation and Export”.

Since 2017, the number of exporting enterprises in Bashkiria has increased by 73% - from 733 to 1273 in 2022. The News Agency Bashinform reported that 95% of them export non-raw materials and non-energy goods.
