Secondary housing apartment costs increased by 2 percent in third quarter in Ufa
Demand for housing on the secondary market in Russia in the third quarter increased by 15% over the year and by 11% compared to the previous quarter. Avito Real Estate provides this data. Housing prices and demand have also increased - their maximum growth is observed in Moscow, Chelyabinsk, and Saratov. The average cost of secondary housing in the capital is estimated at 15.3 million rubles.
In Ufa, the price of secondary housing increased by 9% over the year; compared to the previous quarter, the increase was 2%. Thus, on average, an apartment in Ufa can be bought on the secondary market for 4.7 million rubles.
