Russian Ministry of Construction has established new average market value per square meter of housing for Bashkiria
The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has established new indicators for the market value of housing in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the fourth quarter of 2023. The indexation value was almost 1.6% on average for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation relative to the level of the third quarter of 2023. This follows from the department’s order published on the federal portal of legal acts.
As Bashinform News Agency learned, our region's average housing market value is 101,590 rubles.
Let us recall that indicators of the average market value of one square meter of total residential area in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are used to calculate the social payments for the acquisition (construction) of residential premises at the expense of the federal budget.
