Issued mortgages almost doubled last year In Bashkiria
The volume of mortgage loans issued to residents of Bashkiria from September 1, 2022, to September 1, 2023, increased by 96.2%, according to the National Bank of the Republic.
If, on the first date, the total amount of mortgages was 77.624 billion rubles, then a year later, it was about 152.26 billion rubles.
According to Rosreestr, the number of mortgage transactions in January-August this year increased by 46%. Over the eight months since the beginning of the year, more than 85.87 thousand transactions were completed in the region.
These data confirm the active growth of the real estate market this year. Preferential programs have accelerated sales of new buildings, and new housing costs have become higher than secondary housing. Against this background, as Bashinform News Agency reported, demand for new apartments has increased in Ufa.
