The Russian government has temporarily restricted the export of motor gasoline and diesel fuel. This measure was taken to stabilize fuel prices on the domestic market, explains the press service of the federal cabinet.
The authorities expect temporary restrictions to help saturate the fuel market, and significantly increased prices will decrease.
Previously, to stabilize the situation in the fuel market, mechanisms such as increasing the standards for the supply of gasoline and diesel fuel to the stock exchange were used. To ensure that agricultural enterprises are not left without fuel, daily monitoring of their needs is also organized with prompt adjustment of volumes.
