President of Russia said that there would be no sharp movements in ruble exchange rate
Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the Eastern Economic Forum that no one will make any sudden moves in resolving issues with the ruble exchange rate. According to him, there are no insurmountable problems or difficulties here.
“We don’t see any insurmountable problems and difficulties: the area is delicate but manageable. As for the increase in the key rate, the Central Bank was forced to raise it to 12% as inflation began to rise,” the president added.
