In January-July last year, loans for the purchase of cars were issued for 11.9 billion rubles in the same period of the current year - 23.6 billion rubles.
Bashkiria was among the regions with the most significant increase in the indicator. This is primarily due to the shallow base for 2022, associated with concerns about economic stability, the shutdown of Russian automobile plants, and the closure of European exports.
This year, it became clear that the Russian economy had not collapsed; car factories began to produce products, and Asian ones replaced European supplies. Against the backdrop of supply shortages and rising costs, prices have increased significantly. As Bashinform News Agency reported, the average size of a car loan in Bashkiria in June was about 1.243 million rubles. The amount has increased since May by 23.7% (or almost 238 thousand rubles), compared to June 2022 - by nearly 22% (223.5 thousand rubles).
