Trade between Bashkiria and China increased by 88%
The mutual trade turnover of Bashkiria with China for the first half of 2023 increased by almost 88%. This was announced by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov. According to the Head of the Republican Cabinet of Ministers, exports and imports increased by 82% and 155%, respectively.
As Andrey Nazarov added, successes are also noted in the region's cooperation with Kazakhstan - the trade turnover grew by 4%, and exports - by 9.5%.
“From 25 to 27 September this year, Astana will host the international industrial exhibition “Innoprom. Kazakhstan”, where Bashkortostan plans to take part with a large stand with an area of more than 220 sq. m. Several significant agreements are planned for signing. Directly within the framework of the exhibition in Astana, it is planned to hold a reception on behalf of the government of Bashkiria,” Andrey Nazarov said.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the trade turnover of Bashkiria with the United Arab Emirates increased 10 times over the five months of the year.
