8 roads will be repaired under "Safe High-Quality Roads" National Project in Bashkiria

Zapadnaya Street in Sterlitamak was repaired as part of the Safe High-Quality Roads national project, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of Bashkiria reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic, in the city, on a four-lane section with a length of more than 1.2 km, road builders updated the asphalt concrete pavement, installed new granite curbs, repaired roadsides, and applied horizontal markings.

In total, 39 road sections totaling 17 km will be repaired in Sterlitamak in 2023, including eight facilities under the Safe High-Quality Roads national project.

The progress of work on the road section on the Sterlitamak-Raevsky highway in the Alsheevsky district was also reported to the regional transport ministry. This direction is touristic. On it go to the mountains Susaktau and Satyrtau. Also, you can get to the Narystau hill in this direction. In total, it is planned to replace 16 km of asphalt.

Now, the leveling layer is under construction. Then, the workers will strengthen the roadsides and apply markings, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
