Bashkiria Government reviewed regional programs implementation progress in housing and communal services

At the weekly operational meeting held by the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, they reviewed the implementation of programs to repair apartment buildings, improvement of courtyards and public spaces.

Acting Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic Irina Golovanova recalled that they plan to repair 759 entrances in 276 houses this year. As of August 21, work has already been completed at 219 entries. And the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings will cover 652 buildings.

As part of the Bashkir Yards project, 82 adjacent territories were renovated. In total, plans are to improve 206 sites. The average degree of their readiness is 80 percent.

Acting Minister noted that the program for repairing entrances must be completed by November 21, courtyard areas will be put in order by September 30, 2023, and seasonal work on overhauling roofs, facades, and heat supply systems must be completed by October 1, 2023.

Also, 123 public territories are being renovated in Bashkortostan within the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” framework. Among the main activities are landscaping, lighting, asphalting, and installation of small architectural forms.
