Apartment buildings overhaul will cost 6.4 billion rubles in 2023 in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, apartment buildings overhaul will cost 6.4 billion rubles in 2023. Irina Golovanova announced this at the operational meeting of the government.

According to her, 400 million rubles were allocated from the Republican budget to replace elevators that have worked out their standard service life and 110 million rubles to overhaul the roofs of 29 apartment buildings located on the territory of 25 rural municipal districts.

In total, within the framework of this program, 730 types of work are planned to be performed this year.

“To date, contracts have been concluded for all types of work. Capital repairs covered 93% of houses. Repairs have been completed in 306 buildings (47%), and work is underway in 303 places (46%).

According to the approved schedules, seasonal work on the overhaul of apartment building roofs, facades, and heat supply systems is planned to be completed by October 1, 2023, and other types following the contractual deadlines - by December 31. There are no risks of non-execution of the program,” said the head of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic.

As Bashinform News Agency wrote earlier, since 2019, 1,120 courtyard areas have been landscaped on the territory of the republic,

560 public spaces, 16 winning projects of the All-Russian competition for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements were implemented, a comprehensive repair of 7,413 entrances in 2,472 apartment buildings was completed, one or another type of overhaul was carried out in 3,389 apartment buildings.

More than 11.5 billion rubles were allocated for these activities from the regional budget alone.
