Turkey maintains high demand for building materials from Bashkiria

As Bashinform News Agency was informed by the Republican Government press service, within the implementation of the national project "International Cooperation and Export", the "Uralsky Les" Company, with the assistance of the Republican representative at the trade mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey Marat Tansykkuzhin signed a contract for the supply of veneer and plywood to Turkish counterparties. This was stated by the Republican Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities, Margarita Bolycheva.

A company from Bashkortostan reached an agreement on the monthly supply of its products to Turkish partners. Due to the reconstruction of the Turkish territories affected by the earthquake, the demand for building materials remains high.

The goal of the national project "International Cooperation and Export" is to ensure by 2030 a real growth in exports of non-resource non-energy goods by at least 70% compared to 2020. Achieving the target is planned through the implementation of federal projects "Industrial export", "Export of agricultural products," and "Systemic measures for the development of international cooperation and exports".
