According to the National Bureau of Credit Histories, car loans issued in July increased by 64.6% in Bashkiria.
Such significant growth is explained by a substantial fall in car sales last spring and a gradual recovery.
Republican residents received 3,489 car loans In July 2023- 8% more than in the previous June (3227) and 64.6% more than in July 2022 (2120). And yet, this is slightly less (by 3%) than in June 2021 (3601).
As always, residents of Moscow (5.37 thousand) and the Moscow Region (4.96 thousand) took the most car loans.
“Recently, the issuance of car loans has been growing due to an increase in sales of new cars from friendly countries and used cars, as well as due to the resumption of the state program of preferential car loans at the beginning of the year. At the same time, car loans are still provided to borrowers with a good credit history,” NBCH analysts comment.
