Prime Minister of Bashkiria spoke about measures to provide housing for young families

At a meeting of the government of Bashkiria, they considered measures to provide housing for young families. According to Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov on his TG channel, more than 5,000 families in the republic have expressed a desire to receive social benefits for housing.

Over 3.5 years, the program helped solve the housing problem of 1.1 thousand young families. The total amount of support amounted to more than 1.3 billion rubles. The action of the corresponding program has been completed. Therefore, a Republican regulatory legal act is needed to regulate the procedure for providing housing for young families.

286 million rubles will be provided for social payments to young families to purchase housing, and 52 million federal budget funds are also allocated in 2023. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture has developed a draft resolution that approves measures to provide housing for young families: the procedure for delivering social payments to young families, their size, the process for providing additional social payments for the birth (adoption) of one child, as well as the rules for providing and distributing subsidies from the budget of the republic to budgets municipal districts and city districts.

Funds can be used for a down payment on a mortgage, mortgage repayment, or building a house.

“The lack of own housing for young families is one of the frequent problems that lead to many others. And it needs to be addressed systematically. I approved the reviewed draft resolution and instructed the Ministry of Construction and the administrations of districts and urban districts to conduct an inventory of the queue of young families for their need to improve their living conditions,” the Prime Minister stressed.
