Two digital platforms for managing apartment buildings operate in Bashkiria
“Digitalization of the management of apartment buildings is one of the most relevant areas in the housing and communal sector today. During the plenary session of the Smart City - Smart Country Forum, this issue was discussed in detail with colleagues. In Bashkortostan, advanced solutions are used in the field of digitalization of the management of apartment buildings - these are Yurta and Eldis. Ufa specialists fully developed the first platform, and we finalized Eldis regarding analytical functionality.
Our specialists have introduced both systems and have been fully functioning on the republic's territory since 2021,” said Deputy Prime Minister of the Republican Government Alan Marzaev.
