Average market housing value approved in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Construction of Bashkiria approved the average market price of one square meter of housing for the third quarter of 2023 at 99,772 rubles. The corresponding order of the ministry was published on the official Internet portal of legal information in the region.

The average market value of one "square" of housing is necessary to calculate the subsidies allocated to citizens permanently residing in the republic and need of better housing conditions. Funds are given to them from the federal and Republican budgets for participation in the construction (acquisition) of housing, Bashinform News Agency informed earlier.

Recall that in 2022, for the first time in its history, the republic commissioned more than 3 million square meters of housing in a year - 5% more than a year earlier. There were no such indicators even during the years of stormy “Soviet” construction projects.

The next goal - on behalf of the President of the country Vladimir Putin, by 2030, the volume of housing construction in Bashkiria must be increased to 4 million square meters per year.

Meanwhile, Bashkiria continues to be in the top ten regions in terms of housing construction. The republic is eighth in Russia and second in the Volga Federal District.

For six months this year, 20.1 thousand apartments with a total area of 1571.4 thousand square meters were put into operation in Bashkiria. This is 5.6 percent more than last year, Bashinform News Agency informed earlier.
