Russian Minister of Finance welcomed anti-corruption forum participants

Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Alexander Mikhailik read out the greetings of the Minister of Finance of Russia Anton Siluanov to the participants of the All-Russian Anti-Corruption Forum of Financial and Economic Agencies, which is currently taking place in the capital of Bashkiria.

“The anti-corruption policy is a significant and integral part of the state policy. It is important to create effective mechanisms to prevent corruption offenses and educate the younger generation against corruption. Held in pursuance of the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2021-2024, the forum brings together representatives of various authorities both at the federal and regional levels, higher educational institutions, and large commercial organizations to discuss experience, practice, and topical issues of combating corruption in various fields and development of proposals aimed at improving approaches to combating corruption. I am convinced that the work we have done and the proposals developed today will become a reliable foundation for the formation of conscious anti-corruption behavior and strengthening the anti-corruption policy of the state,” the greeting says.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that Alexander Mikhailik expressed gratitude to the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, and the management team of the republic for the gigantic work in preparing the forum. He noted the high involvement of the authorities of the republic, public organizations, and citizens in the fight against corruption.
