Bashkiria will receive more than 100 million rubles for smart sports grounds creation

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, signed a decree on allocating funds to the regions to create smart sports grounds. The press service of the Russian government reported this.

Following the document, Bashkiria will receive 104 million rubles for constructing such sites (78 million rubles in 2024 and 26 million rubles in 2025). Smart sites are modern, well-equipped places for sports with Internet access so that each visitor can build an individual workout and monitor the correctness of the exercises. Such infrastructure will help attract citizens to sports and a healthy lifestyle.

The work is carried out within the new federal project "Business Sprint" framework, included in the state program "Development of physical culture and Sports." It was developed as part of one of the 42 strategic initiatives for the socio-economic development of Russia until 2030. The project provides for creating the necessary sports infrastructure within walking distance in cities and villages.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the republic received the second-largest tranche in Russia for the training of members of student teams.
