All urban planning services have been transferred to electronic form in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, all obligatory services in urban planning, which accompany any construction of facilities, have been converted into electronic form, significantly reducing the investment and construction cycle. According to the average number of procedures required to obtain building permits, the republic entered the highest “A” groups, rising one line higher in the rating published by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives following the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

“The republic is aimed at accumulating all the processes of urban development in a single information system. The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Belarus is doing a lot of work in this direction, and today our experience is being broadcast in other regions of the country. Our ultimate goal is to improve business conditions and remove restrictions and barriers,” said Ridal Saetov, Republican Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, at present, 12 mandatory services in the field of urban planning have been fully digitized in the state information system for ensuring urban planning (procedures for issuing construction permits, for putting an object into operation, an urban planning plan for a land plot, notifications for individual housing construction, etc.). The process of obtaining the necessary municipal services is five working days.

Last year, a calculator for calculating the cost of connecting to engineering networks was developed to calculate the potential costs of investors.
