The issue was discussed at a meeting with the participation of Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov.
“Last year, within the framework of a program to reduce tension in the labor market, measures were successfully implemented in the republic to train employees of enterprises at risk of dismissal. Thanks to this program, more than 3.6 thousand employees from 34 enterprises improved their skills and mastered new competencies, which allowed them to keep their jobs. For these purposes, 191 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets,” Andrey Nazarov said.
Suppose last year, employees of enterprises at risk of dismissal were trained this year. In that case, subsidies are allocated for the organization of vocational training and additional professional education for employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, as well as citizens who applied to the employment service for assistance in finding a suitable job and concluded a student agreement with defense industry enterprises.
It should be noted that initially, Bashkiria, from the federal budget, was allocated 51.8 million rubles for the training of 870 employees of defense industry enterprises. To meet the needs of defense industry enterprises in improving the skills of their employees, a corresponding letter was sent to Rostrud with a request to increase the target indicator and the amount of funding.
