Tax benefits provided in 2022 amounted to 18.4 billion rubles in Bashkiria

Businesses and citizens were granted tax benefits totaling 18.7 billion rubles in Bashkiria in 2022, almost 38% more than in 2021. This was announced at a committee meeting on budget and tax policy of the State Assembly of the Republic by Republican Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance Lira Igtisamova.

The main share of benefits falls on corporate income tax - almost 12.26 billion rubles. More than 3.577 billion rubles were corporate property tax benefits. 2.06 billion rubles are transport tax benefits. Preferences for taxation regimes (“simplified”, patents, unified agricultural tax) - 499 million rubles.

At the same time, some tax incentives turned out to be ineffective on a general scale, although all of them are important for the companies that took advantage of them, the Deputy Prime Minister noted. The reason is a small number of interested parties (and a small number due to non-compliance with the requirements). Thus, preferences for regional investment projects will be canceled. Or for example, only one company took advantage of the tax relief (for 127 million rubles). Also, only one recipient benefited from gas distribution network projects (7.2 million rubles). Benefits for beer producers have also been recognized as ineffective. Most of these tax preferences expire this year and will not be extended.
