Head of Bashkiria spoke about new family vacation spot near Ufa

A new family vacation spot appeared near Ufa on the initiative of two entrepreneurs from Blagoveshchensk, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov said in his telegram channel.

According to him, it all started last year when Artur Vorobyov and Vyacheslav Kumaneev approached the district administration to open a glamping site.

The project was considered at the “Entrepreneurial Hour” following the discussion results, entrepreneurs were helped to choose a convenient and promising site on the banks of the Belaya River - on the Big Island, in the center of Blagoveshchensk. A river on both sides surrounds the territory, and a dam connects it with the city.

Blagoland glamping appeared on a small part of the Big Island a year later. It contains 10 safari tents. As expected, they have everything you need for comfortable outdoor recreation. In addition, there are playgrounds, dry pools, and a volleyball court.

“We in Bashkortostan continue to help our entrepreneurs who develop the tourism sector,” said Radiy Khabirov. In particular, the threshold for an investment project to be included in the priority list is lower for them — 10 million rubles. This status allows you to get a plot for rent without bidding, subsidies to compensate for part of the costs, and tax preferences.
