Bashkiria will allocate 23 million rubles to promote rural employment

More than 23 million rubles of state support will be allocated to promote the employment of villagers under the Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories program in Bashkiria. Of these, 6.5 million rubles have already been disbursed, the press service of the Republican Ministry of Agriculture told Bashinform News Agency.

As Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Minister of Agriculture of Bashkiria, emphasized, over the years of implementing this direction of the state program, the republic remains one of the most active participating regions.

“This is a good incentive for employers to attract interns and actively improve their specialists' skills. Last year, 106 enterprises took advantage of this opportunity in the republic; they received subsidies from the federal budget for 470 employees in both categories. The total amount of state support exceeded 23 million rubles. This year it is planned to train more than 75 people in Bashkiria. In addition, agricultural enterprises will be reimbursed for training more than 116 student interns,” said Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

Recall that the direction "Promotion of employment of the rural population" of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories" has been operating since 2020. Thanks to it, agricultural producers and processing enterprises are compensated for the costs associated with training employees under apprenticeship contracts and targeted training and internships for students.
