Million square meters of housing will be built in Bashkiria under territories development agreements
Three agreements on the integrated development of territories have been concluded in Bashkiria. About 1 million square meters of housing will be built under these projects. Six more plots in the republic are being prepared for transfer to developers. The total area of the plots will be 244 hectares. Artur Davletshin, Chairman of the Republican State Committee for Housing and Construction Supervision, reports this.
As Bashinform News Agency learned, the regional authorities plan to allocate 26 more plots for integrated development in 2023-2024. Building 2.5 million square meters of housing on them will be possible. It is planned to build and reconstruct engineering networks and communications with the help of borrowed funds.
