Bashkiria became one of leading regions in financial support for small and medium-sized businesses

According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, Bashkiria was among the 10 leading regions regarding financial support for small and medium-sized businesses. For 5 months of 2023, the volume of concessional financing issued under guarantees and guarantees amounted to over 3.3 billion rubles, which is 3 times more than in the same period last year. The support is provided within the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives". The press service of the government of Bashkiria reported this.

For five months of the current year, guarantee support was provided to entrepreneurs from 48 municipalities of the republic. The leader is Ufa, with a volume of guarantees of more than 800 million rubles. Next come the Ufimsky, Tuymazinsky, and Gafurysky districts. The main clients who applied for the guarantee are manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and trade SMEs.

The National Guarantee System helps entrepreneurs to obtain bank financing with the help of guarantees and guarantees if there is no collateral or it is not enough.
