Ufa to buy 15 new trolleybuses this year
This year, Ufa will purchase 15 new trolleybuses as part of the republican targeted investment program, the press service of the capital's mayor's office told Bashinform News Agency.
For 2023, the regional budget allocates more than 371 million rubles for such purposes. 3% of the total cost, or 11.475 million rubles - co-financing from the city budget.
Now the city Department of Transport and Communication is carrying out procurement procedures. Applications will be accepted until June 23.
According to the documentation requirements, trolleybuses must be produced in 2023 with a warranty period of 18 months, have an autonomous running system, a climate system, separate places for wheelchair users, and accommodate up to 100 passengers.
“The delivery of new trolleybuses is expected after the winner is determined and the contract is signed,” the press service of the Ufa City Hall added.
