Average salary in Bashkiria became known

According to preliminary data, the average monthly nominal accrued salary in Bashkiria in 2023 exceeded 53,658 rubles. In general, for the first quarter of this year, it amounted to 50,894 rubles. This is 13.1 and 16.7 percent, respectively, more than in the same period in 2022.

At the same time, compared to last year's first quarter, real accrued wages amounted to 9.2 percent, Bashkir Statistical Agency reported.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the average monthly nominal accrued salary in Bashkiria for 12 months of 2022 reached, according to preliminary data, 48,349 rubles. In the IV quarter of the same year - 53,025 rubles.

Recall that the average monthly nominal accrued wages are determined based on the accrued wage fund divided by the average number of employees and the number of months in the period.

The accrued salary includes taxes and deductions from the employee. Employees’ Social benefits from state and non-state off-budget funds are not included in the wage fund and the average monthly salary.

The actual wage index is calculated to characterize the change in the purchasing power of wages due to changes in prices for consumer goods and services. It is calculated by dividing the nominal wage index by the consumer price index.
