Privatization of 7 large enterprises planned in Bashkiria in 2023

The privatization of 7 large enterprises is planned in Bashkiria in 2023. This was announced by the Minister of Land and Property Relations of Bashkiria, Natalya Polyanskaya, during her speech at a plenary session in the State Assembly of the Republic.

According to her, 7 business entities are included in the privatization programs: these are APK Alekseevsky JSC, Bashkommunvodokanal JSC, Bashkommunpribor JSC, Bashkir Electric Networks JSC, Design Institute Bashzhilkommunproekt LLC, Plempticezavod Blagovarsky LLC, and JSC " Roshinsky.

“This is necessary to optimize the public sector of the economy, reduce the participation of the republic in the activities of business entities, stimulate and attract extra-budgetary investments in the real sector of the economy and generate income for the republic’s budget,” said Natalya Polyanskaya.

The head of the regional Ministry of Land Property also added that in 2023 work would continue to transform the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Belarus into a business entity. So, in 2022, the procedure for changing the state farm "Roshinsky" was completed in 2023 - JSC TRC "Bashkortostan", LLC "Bashselkhoztekhnika". The process for transforming the SUE into economic entities is also to be carried out to Zauralie Agro, MTS Tsentralnaya, Bashplemservis, the Yakty-Kul sanatorium, the Republic of Bashkortostan Publishing House, the Housing Construction Fund, the Republican Administration of Capital Construction.
