Bashkiria leads in Volga Federal District for electronic mortgage registrations

93% of mortgage transactions end with electronic registration of property rights in Bashkiria. This is the best result in the Volga Federal District in the first quarter. For comparison, the average Russian indicator is 80.4%.

Moreover, electronic document management can significantly speed up this final stage. Although the standard registration period is 5-7 working days, specialists often manage to issue a document the next day after the transaction is concluded, the Rosreestr for Bashkiria noted. At the moment, electronic interaction between the department and 18 banks has been established.

13.8 thousand mortgages were registered in digital format in January-March of this year (in January-March 2022 - 11.5 thousand).

As for mortgage transactions in general, in the four months since the beginning of the year, their number has increased by 8% compared to January-April 2022.
