Bidding for state property leases will become electronic

Bidding for the lease of state property will become electronic, the press service of the FAS for Bashkiria reported.

The corresponding order of the FAS Russia was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Previously, bidding was possible only in "paper" form, and the regional authorities have repeatedly applied to the antimonopoly service with a proposal to consider the possibility of transferring them to an electronic format.

“The developed document introduces an electronic bidding procedure for the right to conclude lease agreements for state and municipal property,” the ministry said. - The changes will allow the state to conclude contracts at the most favorable price by increasing the number of competing companies and other participants. This will increase income from leasing state and municipal property to the budgets of different levels.”

In addition, the order will simplify the bidding procedure, increase their accessibility for participants, and increase the overall level of digitalization in the country.
