Authorities of Bashkiria and Gazprom discussed future working plans

“The gasification program is the main direction. This program is a five-year program until 2025 inclusive. Then there will be our next step. From 2025, we will look at the horizon for the next years,” said Radiy Khabirov, answering a question from the Bashinform News Agency after the meeting of the interdepartmental commission on issues of interaction with republican organizations of PJSC Gazprom.

“We are gasifying the main settlements. There will be settlements where three to five families can live. Pulling 10-15 km of the gas pipeline there is unprofitable. Consumption volumes will not cover expenses in any way. Therefore, we will approach the issue's solution creatively and have the resources for this.

A few years ago, when I started working trips to the regions, the first question of the residents was very often about gas. Now this topic is getting less and less. The gasification program solves the gas supply problem to large plots that we allocate in regional centers. Those territories that we, for example, transfer to large families and so on. This is what we will continue to do.

We have a relatively large number of medical, social, cultural, and sports facilities. They also require solutions in terms of heating.

We have multifaceted cooperation with Gazprom. Today we discussed the transition to gas motor fuel. Earlier at the exhibition “Gas. Oil. Technologies” Sergey Gustov presented an exciting proposal, greatly facilitating the technical process of heating a house. This is the installation of a gas boiler outside the house itself. That is, you do not need to rebuild the ventilation system significantly, as is usually the case. We will tell people about this.

Our task is to increase gas consumption by connecting the potential number of facilities that can now consume blue fuel. Therefore, our cooperation is very close and practical.

For example, we need gas in the Shulgan-Tash area. This does not allow the museum itself, social and tourist infrastructure to develop. At our request, Gazprom will lay networks there. In total, we agreed on several facilities included in the gasification program. Many thanks to the chairman of the company board, Alexey Miller, and Sergey Gustov. Gazprom is our reliable partner,” said the Head of Bashkortostan.
